Another typhoon, Cosme, pounds Alaminos.
Went to the province with my mom, aunt, sister and cousin to give out relief goods for the residents of our barrio who were affected by the typhoon.
It took a month for the electricity to be restored... a year for the school to be rebuilt only to be destroyed again by Typhoon Emong.
It's just really sad.
